Inside Sales Representative IT Solutions (B2B)

Role & Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and proactively generate pipeline through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Conduct discovery calls to map customer requirements to IT solutions (datacenter, cybersecurity, managed services) and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Deliver concise product overviews and coordinate technical demos with pre-sales or engineering teams to validate fit and scope.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, work with pricing/CPQ and sales managers for approvals, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly quota.
- Maintain accurate opportunity and activity records in the CRM; provide timely pipeline forecasts and win/loss feedback to Sales leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, identify vertical use-cases, and scale repeatable inside-sales plays.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-have
- Proven experience in B2B inside sales for IT solutions or SaaS, with a consistent record of meeting quota.
- Practical experience using Salesforce or HubSpot (or similar CRMs) for pipeline management.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and account mapping.
- Strong cold-calling skills and the ability to handle objections during high-volume outreach.
- Comfortable preparing commercial proposals and navigating CPQ/pricing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Datacenter, cybersecurity, or managed services solution selling.
- Experience coordinating technical demos with pre-sales or engineering teams.
- Exposure to sales engagement platforms such as Outreach.io or SalesLoft.
