This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Associate. The individual will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building meaningful relationships with stakeholders, driving business opportunities, and maintaining strong partnerships. Daily tasks will include market research, generating leads, conducting follow-ups, assisting in closing sales, and providing feedback to improve products and strategies. The associate will play a key role in achieving sales targets and expanding the company's reach.

• Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and expertise in conducting market research
• Sales, business development, or customer acquisition experience
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in EdTech or education-related industries is desirable
