Role Overview:

We are looking for experienced Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle - from lead generation, demo scheduling, and follow-ups to deal closure. The ideal candidate will be confident, target-driven, and skilled in building strong client relationships within the staffing and HR tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through calls, emails, and professional networks (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.).
  • Understand client staffing or service requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Schedule and manage product/service demos and coordinate appointments with prospects.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Manage the entire sales process; from prospecting to closure with consistent communication.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, meetings, and opportunities in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service fulfillment.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Track and report weekly and monthly performance against sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to support business development efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management).
  • 25 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development, preferably within staffing, recruitment, or IT services.
  • Proven ability to schedule demos, manage follow-ups, and close deals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM or lead management tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
