Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will proactively connect with potential clients, drive lead generation efforts, and manage customer accounts. Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling, and supporting the overall sales team in achieving revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and pursue potential opportunities
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain enduring relationships
  • Proficiency in Account Management for effective client engagement and account growth
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
  • Relevant experience in a professional sales role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
