Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Pune, with the flexibility of partial remote work. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction records, managing accounts, engaging with potential and existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach efforts and ensure powerful customer relationships.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Inside Sales activities, including driving sales opportunities through effective communication and engagement.
  • Skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation techniques to identify and capitalize on prospective clients and opportunities.
  • Experience in Account Management to oversee client accounts, nurture relationships, and support long-term growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic understanding of technology solutions and related industries is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
