Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for an Inside Sales Representative. Key responsibilities include identifying and generating qualified leads, building and managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role also involves meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the team to achieve business growth objectives.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably with knowledge of Google Workspace for Education Verticals and Microsoft 365.
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative with experience in selling Google Workspace for Education Verticals and Microsoft 365 solutions to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of Google Workspace for Education segment and Microsoft 365 solutions and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers via video conferencing and phone calls.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to foster positive client relationships
- Experience with Lead Generation and ability to identify and qualify potential clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably with knowledge of Google Workspace for Education and Microsoft 365
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or other CRM systems is a plus
