Role: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Chennai (On-site)

Type: Full-time

What You'll Do:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients

Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries

Conduct market and competitor research

Qualify leads and schedule meetings

Maintain data in CRM tools

Update reports and Excel trackers

What We're Looking For:

13 years of sales experience (IT services are a bonus)

Excellent verbal and written English

CRM familiarity

Strong relationship-building and multi-tasking skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
