Job Description

A fast-paced talent solutions and professional services organisation operating in the IT & technology staffing and B2B SaaS sales sector. We focus on delivering staffing, contract and managed services to enterprise customers across India and global marketsdriving revenue through consultative inside-sales motions.

Primary title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: India On-site

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to generate and qualify high-value B2B leads against ICPs.
  • Manage and progress a healthy sales pipeline in the CRMlog activities, update opportunities, and forecast to meet monthly and quarterly quotas.
  • Deliver product/service overviews and schedule demos or discovery calls for senior sales or account teams; own handover documentation.
  • Prepare and send commercial proposals, follow up on quotes, and negotiate basic commercial terms to close net-new business or expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to tailor outreach, refine messaging, and close feedback loops on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Track key metrics (conversion rates, call-to-meeting ratio, deal velocity) and continuously optimise outreach sequences to improve pipeline throughput.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in an inside-sales or business development role with demonstrable quota achievement.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot) and disciplined pipeline management.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound channels: cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting and basic sales analytics.
  • Comfortable negotiating commercial terms and advancing deals through early-stage sales cycles.
  • Customer-focused, persistent, and metrics-driven with a bias for action and continuous improvement.

Preferred

  • Experience selling staffing, IT services, or SaaS solutions to enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft) or telephony systems (VoIP/SIP).
  • Prior success working in an on-site sales environment within India.
