Salary: INR 10,000+incentives

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days & Timings

Monday to Friday: 9:20 AM 6:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce company services
  • Generate and qualify leads through calling, emails, LinkedIn, and online research
  • Understand customer requirements and identify sales opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales or technical teams
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity details in CRM or tracking sheets
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and basic sales documents
  • Meet daily call targets and monthly lead generation goals
  • Participate in sales training, review meetings, and skill development sessions

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Any graduate / BTech / MBA / Degree (any specialization)
  • Fresher or candidates with internship exposure in sales or marketing
  • Good communication skills in English and local language(s)
  • Willingness to do cold calling and follow-up-based sales work
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, emails, and internet tools
  • Strong learning attitude and result-oriented mindset
