About the Role

We are seeking a driven and tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to support sales of Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365) and AWS cloud services. The role focuses on lead qualification, opportunity creation, and sales pipeline.

This position is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, basic cloud knowledge, and a passion for B2B technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Sales Support

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads for Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and AWS services
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer business needs and cloud requirements
  • Nurture prospects through email, calls, LinkedIn, and CRM-driven follow-ups
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Managers / Cloud Consultants
  • Maintain and update lead status, activities, and pipeline in CRM tools

Solution Positioning

  • Clearly articulate value propositions of Microsoft Cloud and AWS offerings
  • Assist in preparing basic proposals, pricing summaries, and solution overviews
  • Educate prospects on cloud benefits such as cost optimization, scalability, security, and compliance
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts

Sales Operations & Coordination

  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams
  • Track deal progress and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Support sales campaigns, webinars, and partner-led initiatives
  • Meet assigned weekly and monthly sales activity targets

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads (SQLs) generated per month
  • Meetings / demos scheduled for sales team
  • Opportunity-to-conversion ratio
  • Revenue influenced / pipeline contribution
  • CRM hygiene and follow-up adherence

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 14 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B IT Sales / SaaS Sales
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365 / AWS services (sales-level knowledge)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Ability to work with international clients (US, UK, Australia, Middle East)

Mandatory Experience

  • Experience working with a Microsoft LSP, AWS Partner,
  • Exposure to cloud licensing, subscriptions, or managed services
  • Understanding of SMB and mid-market customer segments
  • Certifications (mandatory):
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner
