Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and online channels to understand their needs and present Ekam Studios offerings. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. Daily tasks include conducting product discussions, following up on inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements, and supporting account growth through upselling and cross-selling. The role also includes monitoring client satisfaction, gathering feedback, and providing a high level of customer service to build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and close opportunities.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships.
- Proven Lead Generation experience, including identifying prospects, qualifying opportunities, and following up consistently.
- Experience in Account Management, including maintaining accounts, understanding client needs, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident phone and video call presence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage time and priorities effectively.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
