About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Dista. The role involves reaching out to customers who have abandoned their carts, understanding their concerns, offering solutions or discounts, and closing sales. This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers with abandoned carts (cold leads)
Understand customer queries, concerns, or hesitation in completing the purchase
Offer relevant solutions, promotions, or discounts to encourage order completion
Achieve daily/weekly conversion targets
Accurately update customer details and call outcomes in the system
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach in every interaction
Provide accurate information when the order is being confirmed
Track daily sales and products which have been fulfilled
Send EOD report of the calls made Vs. Converted
Requirements:
Fluent in Hindi (mandatory); English communication (B1 - is sufficient)
Prior experience of min 1-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales preferred
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejections positively and stay target-focused
Comfortable working from the office, 6 days a week.
Available full-time: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM IST.
