Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Executive to handle inquiries and generate leads for our Solar AMC Services. The role involves connecting with potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving AMC renewals and conversions through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Generate revenue from AMC leads through calls, emails, and online channels.

Reach out to existing clients for AMC renewals and service upgrades.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AMC packages.

Coordinate with service teams for site visits, quotes, and closures.

Maintain lead records and update CRM on a daily basis.

Achieve monthly AMC closures targets .

Requirements

Experience: 24 years in Inside Sales / Tele-Sales / Service Sales (solar or technical sales preferred).

Education: Graduation .

Skills: Strong communication, Sales closing , negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Tools: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Compensation & Perks
