Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, qualify, and convert inbound/outbound leads through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Understand client requirements and effectively pitch our cybersecurity or technology solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across SMBs and enterprise clients.
- Schedule demos and virtual meetings for solution consultants or technical sales teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns, follow-up on MQLs, and provide feedback for content.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and share weekly reports and forecasting with the sales leadership team
Required Skills & Qualification:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in SaaS, IT, or cybersecurity domain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong CRM experience and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, etc.
- Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and highly organized with a result-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience selling cybersecurity products or services is a strong plus. Exposure to international markets (US, UK, APAC) is an added advantage.
