Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Inside Sales Representative with strong experience in B2C IT Hardware and IT Services sales. The role involves handling customer inquiries, converting leads, and driving revenue through consultative selling of technology products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound sales calls for IT hardware and IT services
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions (Laptops, Desktops, Servers, Networking, AMC, Support Services, etc.)
Convert warm and cold leads into successful sales
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
Prepare quotations and follow up till closure
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM
Upsell and cross-sell IT products and service contracts
Coordinate with logistics, technical, and support teams for smooth delivery
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required Skills & Experience:
6+ years of experience in B2C Inside Sales / Telesales
Hands-on experience in IT Hardware & IT Services sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to handle high call volumes and multiple leads
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting
Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling laptops, desktops, servers, networking products, or IT support services
Knowledge of brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, etc. is a plus
Immediate joiners or short notice period preferred
