Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Bengaluru. The responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research to identify business opportunities, and developing strategies to build meaningful client relationships. The role also involves facilitating client communication, identifying customer needs to propose tailored solutions, and collaborating with various teams to meet business goals. The Business Development Specialist will also focus on customer service excellence to maintain long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication skills, including both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and engage with clients
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities and prospective clients
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain long-term client relationships and address their needs effectively
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently to achieve targets
• Prior experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the biotechnology or life sciences domain is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
