Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-drivenSales Executiveto join our growing CPaaS team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers to deliver tailored communication solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote our CPaaS offerings and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within enterprise, SMB, and startup segments.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their communication needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and customer pain points.
  • Present and demonstrate CPaaS solutions to potential customers through meetings, webinars, and conferences.
  • Develop sales proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics to close deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with customer requirements.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 yearof experience inB2B sales, SaaS, or cloud communications (CPaaS preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, cloud-based communication solutions, and messaging platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha Tools) and sales automation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and within a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
  • Salary 2-3 Lakh per Annum
