Job Role: Inside Sales APAC Region

Role Overview:
This role focuses on generating qualified leads and building a strong sales pipeline for the APAC region through proactive outreach and structured follow-ups. The candidate will identify prospects, engage decision-makers, and schedule qualified meetings for the business team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation and prospecting activities for APAC markets (e.g., Singapore, ANZ, Malaysia, Hong Kong).
- Maintain accurate and timely inside sales performance reports.
- Conduct outreach through multiple channels including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn/social selling, and industry networking platforms.
- Create tailored outreach messaging and pitch decks to engage CXOs and senior decision-makers.
- Manage and nurture prospects through regular follow-ups to convert leads into qualified appointments.
- Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to align on messaging and target accounts.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation for IT Services / Digital / Ecommerce / Technology consulting domains.
- Prior experience in prospecting or selling to APAC markets is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience generating leads through digital channels including LinkedIn, email sequences, cold outreach, and online networks.
- Ability to tailor value propositions based on client needs and business context.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and persistent in managing rejections and maintaining pipeline momentum.
- Strong organizational skills to handle structured follow-ups and timely reporting.
Work Hours:
- Should be open to working with APAC time zone alignment based on business requirements.
