Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct outbound cold calls and emails to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
  2. Present and demonstrate ACHNET Inc.s HRMS, ATS, and assessment platform solutions to potential customers.
  3. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, both in-person and via web conferencing.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  6. Accurately track and manage sales activities in the CRM system.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.

Educational Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Must-Have Skills:

  1. Proven experience in inside sales, preferably selling HR technology solutions.
  2. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong cold-calling and lead generation abilities.
  4. Ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of HRMS, ATS, and assessment platforms.
  5. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Good-to-Have Skills:

  1. Familiarity with the HR technology landscape.
  2. Experience with consultative selling techniques.
  3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Rate/Salary:

Competitive salary and commission structure, commensurate with experience.
