Location: Work from Office - North Bangalore
Joining: Immediate (This Monday)
Duration: 2-6 months (can convert to full-time based on performance)
Stipend: 10,000 - 12,000/month + performance incentives
Work Days: 6 days/week

What will you actually do
This is
not a fake internship. Youll work directly with live projects.
Your Work Will Include
- Calling candidates for recruitment (screening & validation)
- Pre-sales calls to understand interest & eligibility
- Inside sales support for our clients
- Updating call notes and basic tracking
- Learning how hiring, sales funnels & negotiations work in real life
Youll be trained, supported, and gradually trusted with more responsibility.
What were looking for (no fancy degrees needed)
- Good communication & listening skills
- Comfortable speaking on phone calls
- Curious mindset & willingness to learn
- Discipline to come to office and do the work
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Google Docs, Sheets)
