Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Professional located in Chennai. The professional will engage with new and existing clients, identify business opportunities, nurture leads, and manage the entire sales process. Responsibilities include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, creating compelling proposals, negotiating agreements, and achieving sales targets while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of retail and distribution solutions or similar industries
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and general sales processes
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage time effectively
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work on-site in Chennai with flexibility to travel if required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
