Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate customer needs.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media engagement.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and create reports on sales performance, targets, and financial data.
  • Ensure the availability of stock and demonstration materials for client presentations.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, conferences, and online promotional events.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively while addressing customer complaints and objections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
  • Gather client feedback and communicate insights to internal teams for product or service improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 12 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM tools, and client management.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Results-oriented, motivated, and willing to learn in a dynamic environment.
