We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
