Mantras2success Consultants is seeking a proactive Inside Sales professional to manage e-commerce inquiries, organize sales data, and support key aspects of order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling incoming leads, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating seamlessly with internal and external teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• E-commerce Inquiry Management: Handle incoming calls and inquiries from IndiaMART and other e-commerce platforms.
• Data Management: Maintain and update Excel sheets accurately; strong proficiency in MS Office is essential.
• Logistics Coordination: Assist in delivery tracking and coordinate effectively with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and receipt.
• Order & Invoice Processing: Coordinate invoice generation based on sales orders and support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth order processing.
