Role Overview
We are looking for aggressive and result-oriented Inside Sales professionals who have experience selling education programs, certification courses, and study abroad services.
The candidate should be comfortable handling student counselling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound student leads
- Counsel students regarding courses, certifications, and programs
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle (Lead Counselling Closure Payment follow-up)
- Achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead flow
- Conduct telephonic & virtual counselling sessions
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant programs
Required Skills
- Strong convincing and counselling skills
- Experience in Education Sales / EdTech / Study Abroad Sales
- Target-oriented mindset
- Excellent English communication (mandatory)
- Ability to handle objections and close sales
- Experience with CRM tools
