Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales by identifying and managing leads, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include lead generation, account management, developing client relationships, and collaborating with teams to optimize sales outcomes. The role requires managing and expanding customer accounts while ensuring high levels of service and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales, including knowledge of sales processes and strategies
  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Account Management to support business growth
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability in achieving sales targets and managing customer accounts
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Experience in managing teams or guiding team members is a plus
  • Proven ability to use CRM tools and sales analytics to drive performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
