Role Description
The Inside Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include lead generation, developing and maintaining customer relationships, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, and requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to successfully engage with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, with a commitment to building long-term, positive client relationships.
- Experience in Account Management and managing sales cycles to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Solid understanding of Sales principles and the ability to execute strategies effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to address client needs and deliver solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of adapting to dynamic sales environments.
