Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing lead generation initiatives, managing and developing customer relationships, driving inside sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying and nurturing leads, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets while fostering a strong relationship with clients to meet their educational needs.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and maintaining lasting relationships
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Sales strategy
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with the education and e-learning industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
