Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Manager/Business Development Executive with 8-12 years of experience to drive our business by generating strong leads pipeline across all service and product lines. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to inspire and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve consistent lead targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business by generating strong leads pipeline across service and product lines.
- Inspire and manage the Inside Sales team, setting monthly lead targets and tracking performance.
- Define and continuously improve lead generation processes and governance.
- Develop and enhance ISR scripts and database quality to improve conversion rates.
- Hire, train, and mentor Inside Sales Representatives on best lead generation practices.
- Leverage automation tools and technologies to improve efficiency in lead generation and tracking.
- Conduct smart campaigns based on market trends and seasonal opportunities.
- Qualify prospects, conduct follow-ups, and schedule meetings with the Sales Team.
- Maintain consistency in process adherence and communication for the entire team.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
11. Track and report ISR metrics and performance to senior management.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Email Marketing, and Cold Calling.
- Quick learner with knowledge of Data Analytics, Tech Modernization, and emerging technologies.
- Graduate in Business Management with specialization in Sales & Marketing.
- Minimum 65% score in Graduation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong industry research and market intelligence capabilities.
- Hunger to grow rapidly and drive revenue under management
