Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team, including Assistant Managers and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). The ideal candidate will have experience in HRMS, SaaS, or B2B software sales and a strong ability to drive revenue through outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Coach, and develop a team of Assistant Managers and SDRs to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they understand product offerings and sales strategies.
- Set clear KPIs and performance goals to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
- Foster a high-energy, goal-driven, and collaborative sales culture that thrives on success.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews to enhance individual and team effectiveness.
- Leads by example and hands-on call and engage with prospects to support SDRs in reaching their targets.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement inside sales strategies to drive qualified leads and conversions.
- Drive lead generation and ensure consistent pipeline development through SDR outreach.
- Work with marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns, improve lead nurturing, and increase MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) conversion rates.
- Work closely with marketing to align campaigns and drive lead generation efforts.
- Monitor and optimize sales scripts, outreach sequences, and engagement tactics.
Sales Process & CRM Management
- Ensure the team effectively uses the CRM to track leads, activities, and opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to improve pipeline management and conversion rates.
- Reduce lead leakage by ensuring follow-up adherence and proper tracking in CRM.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Continuously refine sales processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Client Engagement & Revenue Growth
- Oversee prospecting, lead qualification, and deal closing for the team.
- Drive customer-centric sales approaches, understanding client pain points and positioning HRMS solutions effectively.
- Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for leadership, tracking progress against goals.
- Introduce role-play exercises, mock calls, and objection-handling workshops to enhance SDR and Assistant Manager effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest HRMS industry trends and sales methodologies to improve strategy
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in HRMS, SaaS, or B2B software sales.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team (Assistant Managers, SDRs).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong focus on results.
- Proven ability to drive lead generation, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and sales performance optimization.
