Job Summary

The Inside Sales Manager (Individual Contributor) will generate revenue by assisting participants and coordinating with the training staff using effective phone sales strategies and superior customer service skills. This role primarily involves handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist prospective leads in understanding course details and convert them into enrollments.
  • Conduct career counseling sessions and help prospects choose the right course for their career growth.
  • Prepare short-term and long-term sales plans to achieve assigned goals and targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication and use of reference materials as required.
  • Convert leads received through various marketing channels.
  • Address prospective students questions or concerns while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
  • Generate sales that meet or exceed individual sales targets.
  • Identify and generate references from the existing customer base to strengthen the sales pipeline.
  • Attend sales meetings to stay updated on new services, industry trends, and organizational changes.
  • Manage post-sales customer relationships to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
