We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Manager to join our onsite team in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership ability to drive sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer base.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the inside sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives and manage sales pipelines effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
  • Proficiency in CRM software, especially Salesforce
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in inside sales or telesales roles
  • Good understanding of sales metrics and data analysis
  • Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing sales pipelines
  • Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling and appointment setting
  • Preferred
  • Previous experience in the industry or similar roles
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with other CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho) and sales enablement tools
  • Experience with sales reporting and analytics (Excel, Looker, Tableau or similar)
