We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Manager to join our onsite team in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership ability to drive sales performance and enhance customer satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand customer base.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the inside sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts.
- Drive lead generation initiatives and manage sales pipelines effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in CRM software, especially Salesforce
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in inside sales or telesales roles
- Good understanding of sales metrics and data analysis
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing sales pipelines
- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling and appointment setting
- Preferred
- Previous experience in the industry or similar roles
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
- Familiarity with other CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho) and sales enablement tools
- Experience with sales reporting and analytics (Excel, Looker, Tableau or similar)
