Role Objective
To convert approved proposals into confirmed school orders through regular follow-ups, discussions, and relationship management with school decision-makers. The role willmainly workthrough calls, emails, and online meetings.
Key Responsibilities
1. Opportunity Takeover & Requirement Alignment
- Takeover qualifiedleads from the inside sales team.
- Understand customer requirements, decision process, and purchase timelines.
- Establish connect with school stakeholders (Principals, Librarians, Admin teams).
2. Proposal Discussion & Commercial Alignment
- Present company profile, catalogues, and solution benefits.
- Walk customers through quotations, pricing structure, and commercial terms.
- Address customer questions related to product, pricing, and delivery by coordinating with internal teams.
3. Follow-ups & Order Conversion
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and engagement until order confirmation.
- Ensure smooth transition from proposal stage to confirmed order
4. Limited Travel (IfNeeded)
- Travel only for important or high-value opportunities ifrequired.
- Continue handling customer communication before and after meetings.(PR maintenance)
5. Pipeline Tracking & Reporting
- Track opportunities and update CRM regularly.
- Maintain follow-up records and expected closure timelines.
- Support monthly revenue targets.
- Maintaining records in dashboard and google sheet.
6. Customer Feedback Sharing
- Share customer feedback and market inputs with internal teams.
Preferred Experience
- 34 years in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / B2B Sales Support
- Education or institutional sales experience preferred
