Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi for an Inside Sales Manager. The Inside Sales Manager will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, managing customer accounts, building client relationships, ensuring excellence in customer satisfaction, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets. The Inside Sales Manager will also contribute to developing effective sales strategies and ensuring successful client engagement throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales and expertise in driving revenue growth
  • Strong skills in Lead Generation and ability to identify potential business opportunities
  • Proficiency in Account Management and strengthening client relationships
  • Commitment to ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction while servicing clients
  • Ability to develop and execute effective Sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
