Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive inside sales activities for services including Procurement, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber Security, and Managed Services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and map them with company offerings.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the business development team.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales / B2B Sales.
  • Prior experience selling or handling services related to:

IT Infrastructure / Networking

Cloud Services / Managed Services

Procurement / Asset Management

Cyber Security solutions

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical services and explain them to clients.
  • Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client handling.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
