Key Responsibilities
- Drive inside sales activities for services including Procurement, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Cyber Security, and Managed Services.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and map them with company offerings.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the business development team.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects and nurture leads.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales / B2B Sales.
- Prior experience selling or handling services related to:
IT Infrastructure / Networking
Cloud Services / Managed Services
Procurement / Asset Management
Cyber Security solutions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical services and explain them to clients.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and client handling.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking.
