What you will be doing

  • Take ownership of improving lead to meeting and meeting to opportunity conversion rates by ensuring disciplined follow-ups and structured outreach strategies.
  • Drive pipeline creation through inbound and outbound channels.
  • Work towards building consistent pipeline through both inbound and outbound channels while improving speed to lead across the funnel.
  • Develop and optimize outreach playbooks including call scripts, email frameworks, and LinkedIn touchpoints to improve engagement rates.
  • Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and ensure smooth lead handover processes through strong SLAs.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing for value based messaging

Desired Profile

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS inside sales
  • 2+ years of experience managing SDR / Inside Sales teams
  • Proven track record of pipeline generation
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce / HubSpot
  • Strong analytical and coaching skills
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management
