Location: Jaipur

Role Overview

The Inside Sales role is responsible for driving revenue growth by lead qualification, pipeline management, solution pitching, and supporting closures for Axestrack's connected fleet analytics and digital logistics solutions. This role suits individuals who are target-driven, customer-focused, and keen to build a long-term career in B2B sales within the logistics and technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, digital channels, and CRM tools.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Engage with SMEs, logistics partners, fleet owners, and corporate clients to understand their operational challenges.

Explain Axestrack's IoT-based fleet management and digital logistics solutions in a clear and structured manner.

Schedule product demos, solution discussions, and follow-ups with prospects.

Support field sales / business development teams by nurturing leads and assisting in closures.

Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for value-added services.

Maintain accurate sales data, lead status, and forecasts in CRM systems.

Coordinate with internal teams (sales leadership, product, operations) to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.

Consistently improve conversation pitches aligned to digital solutions in logistics and supply chain space.

Experience & Skills Required

Minimum 3+ years of Inside Sales / B2B Sales experience in the Indian market.

Exposure to logistics, fleet management, IoT, SaaS, IT software, or digital solutions is preferred.

Experience in consultative selling, lead qualification, and customer engagement.

Ability to handle small and medium enterprise (SME) customers effectively.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Stable career track record in sales roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred).

MBA or Postgraduate qualification in Sales/Marketing from a reputed institute is an added advantage.

Strong technical aptitude and comfort with digital platforms and CRM tools.
