Responsibilities:
. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the EdTech market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers.
2. Market Expansion & Lead Generation
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, outreach, events, and digital channels.
- Expand business in assigned regions and segments (K12, higher education, B2C, etc.).
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with educators, institutions, and corporate clients.
- Maintain regular communication and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to improve client onboarding and retention.
4. Partnerships & Strategic Alliances
- Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions, distributors, or government bodies.
- Work with internal teams to tailor solutions for enterprise clients or large-scale deployments.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns and sales collateral.
- Provide product teams with feedback to improve features based on customer insights.
- Participate in planning events, webinars, workshops, and demos.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnershipspreferably in the EdTech or education sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of the education ecosystem (schools, universities, LMS tools, digital learning, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling SaaS-based EdTech solutions.
- Existing network of educators, school administrators, or corporate L&D leaders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to travel as required.
