  • Proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Ed tech experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and team members.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to driving sale s success.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline sales processes and enhance efficiency.
