The Manager Career Services provides strategic leadership for TalentSprint, Learnvantage's career outcomes function, with full ownership of internship and placement success across programs. This position is responsible for delivering superior placement outcomes by building impactful industry partnerships, enhancing employer engagement, and aligning talent supply with evolving market demand. The leader shapes long-term placement strategy, influences program design through market intelligence, and drives scalable, sustainable talent pipelines in collaboration with global organizations. The role requires strong executive presence, a deep industry network, and a results-driven mindset aligned with TalentSprint, Learnvantage's mission of developing future-ready professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end leadership for internships and placements across TalentSprint, Learnvantage programs, ensuring consistent delivery of agreed outcomes.
- Define and execute placement strategy aligned with organizational goals, market trends, and learner aspirations.
- Build and sustain senior-level relationships with product companies, global enterprises, system integrators, and high-growth startups.
- Position TalentSprint as a trusted talent partner by delivering industry-relevant, diverse, and high-quality talent pipelines.
- Drive initiatives focused on diversity hiring, employability enhancement, and inclusive talent development.
- Partner closely with academic, product, and delivery teams to provide market insights that inform curriculum design and continuous improvement.
- Track hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging skills to proactively identify new placement opportunities.
- Strengthen employer branding and engagement through strategic use of digital platforms, thought leadership, and events.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Graduate with 12 years of progressive experience in career services, placements, talent acquisition, or workforce development; master's degree preferred.
- Prior EdTech experience is required.
- Proven track record of delivering premium placement outcomes, especially within technology and/or management domains.
- Strong executive-level industry network and demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience leveraging digital and social platforms for employer engagement and brand positioning.
