Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Executive with 35 years of
experience in inside sales. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SOC 2-related lead
generation and sales, with a strong command of outreach tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator,
and other automation tools. The role involves generating and nurturing leads, conducting cold calls, and
booking qualified meetings for the sales team. Candidates must be comfortable working in flexible shifts and
thrive in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
Required Skills
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with the company's business goals and
- marketing strategy
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong cold-calling and email outreach skills
- Working knowledge of CRM and lead-gen tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn, SalesNav
- High level of accountability and ownership
- Flexible with shift timings
- Proactive attitude with a strong learning mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet targets and deadlines
- Ensure secure handling of client and business data in line with ISO 27001 requirements.
- Adhere to company policies on data privacy, information security, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
- while interacting with potential and existing clients or Vendors.
