We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Pre-Sales Intern to support our sales team in lead generation and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to sales operations in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls (cold calling) to prospective leads
- Assist in lead generation and lead qualification
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions
- Support daily pre-sales activities and reporting
- Learn and understand company products and offerings
