Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Make outbound and inbound calls to prospective students.
  • Counsel students regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and the admission process.
  • Follow up with leads and update details in CRM systems.
  • Assist senior counsellors in lead conversion and closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and onboarding.
  • Participate in online counselling sessions and webinars.
  • Maintain daily calls and follow-up reports.
