About The Role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive Intern to support our IT services sales team. This role offers hands-on exposure to international sales processes, lead generation, and client engagement across the US, Middle East, India, and UAE markets.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in the US shift, communicating with global clients, and learning how IT services sales operate in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients across US, Middle East, India, and UAE markets
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
  • Support virtual meetings, presentations, and demos for IT services
  • Understand client requirements and assist in proposing suitable IT solutions
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and clients
  • Assist in proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and deal support
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in CRM tools
  • Track basic market and competitor insights
  • Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets

Requirements

  • 0-1 year of experience or strong interest in sales, business development, or IT services
  • Basic understanding of IT services such as software development, cloud, or managed services
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Willingness to work in the US shift
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
