About The Role

We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales Intern to support our IT sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and assisting with client engagement. This role offers hands-on exposure to IT services, technology solutions, sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients for IT services and solutions
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach via email and LinkedIn to introduce company offerings
  • Understand client requirements and qualify leads based on business and technical needs
  • Update and manage lead information in CRM tools
  • Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations for IT services
  • Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams for campaigns and demos
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA- Sales & Marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, or technology concepts (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
  • High level of motivation with an interest in IT sales, negotiation, and customer engagement
  • Ability to learn technical offerings and explain them clearly to prospects
