Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels including phone, email, and social media to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, addressing their needs and showcasing how Kylas.io solutions can add value.
- Manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and accounts using our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager, highlighting key metrics and progress toward targets.
- Work closely with other team members, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.
Qualification& Skill Set:
- Bachelor's degree in technology, business, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage with clients and influence decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems (experience withKylasSales CRM is a plus)
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
