2. ROLE OVERVIEW

You will play a crucial role in NuVeda's Sales & Pipeline Generation Activities. You'll be working closely with the Sales & Marketing Team to design outbound campaigns & generate qualified leads that will result in new business opportunities.

The Inside Sales Intern will serve as the engine of our sales funnel. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential B2B leads, engaging with key stakeholders in the HR and L&D space, and setting the stage for successful software demonstrations. This is a high-impact role for someone looking to build a career in SaaS (Software as a Service) sales.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other tools to identify potential B2B clients and decision-makers.
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact through cold calling, personalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Product Evangelism: Clearly communicate the value proposition of the CALF platform to prospective clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria and schedule discovery calls for the senior sales team.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends to help the marketing team refine messaging and outreach strategies.
4. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's program (MBA/BBA preferred).
  • Communication: Fluent in English with a professional phone presence and strong business writing skills.
  • Resilience: A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to handle rejection and persist in reaching targets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRMs and LinkedIn prospecting is a plus.
  • Interest: A genuine curiosity about how AI and technology are transforming corporate education.
