Role Overview
The Inside Sales Intern will support and learn from the inside sales operations team, working at the intersection of communication, data, and retail performance. This role is designed for a smart, driven individual who can spot upselling opportunities, communicate persuasively with customers, build trust with store managers, and deliver structured gap reports to the Sales Head complete with actionable solutions.
What You'll Do
- Upselling & Customer Communication: Identify and act on upselling opportunities across inbound and outbound customers interactions recommending add-ons, upgrades, or financing options with confidence.
- Stakeholder Communication: Engage customers at key touchpoints with clear, persuasive communication tailored to their needs and buying stage.
- Store Manager Coordination: Collaborate closely with store managers to understand on-ground sales challenges, track store-level performance, and support day-to-day lead handling.
- Reporting to Sales Head: Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports to the Sales Head, clearly highlighting gaps in lead conversion, follow-up rates, and customer engagement.
- Gap Analysis with Solutions: Go beyond identifying gaps propose structured solutions, corrective actions, and follow through on their implementation with the store teams.
- CRM & Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate CRM entries, lead logs, and pipeline data to support transparent reporting and team coordination.
- Learning & Growth: Observe and learn from experienced sales leads to develop a strong foundation in inside sales techniques, objection handling, and retail performance management.
Requirements

- Comfortable with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting platforms; quick learner with a hands-on attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders customers, store teams, and the Sales Head without dropping the ball.

Eligibility
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 01 year of experience; prior internships in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles are a plus.
- Exposure to automobile, e-commerce, or retail environments is preferred but not required.
- High energy, high accountability, and a genuine desire to learn and contribute from day one.
