Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Explain product/service offerings in fluent Hindi
• Generate and qualify leads
• Maintain call records and follow-up interactions
• Support the sales team with customer engagement activities

Requirements:

• Hindi language fluency is mandatory
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
